Our privately run apartment house is located in the center of Thumersbach, the sunny and quiet district of Zell am See.
With a view of the Kitzsteinhorn and a small lake view of Lake Zell. Our two small, lovingly renovated apartments with a large balcony or terrace invite you to relax and unwind.

Perfectly connected
The lake is only a few minutes’ walk away, and hiking and biking trails are right on our doorstep. In just two minutes you’ll reach the bus stop, where free buses (with ski pass and summer card) run to the most popular destinations in the region: Zell am See with the Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun with the Kitzsteinhorn glacier, as well as Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Leogang and Fieberbrunn. Alternatively, these places are reachable by car in 10–20 minutes.
From mid‑May to mid‑October the Zell am See / Kaprun Card is available and included in the price. It offers bonus benefits on many leisure activities in the Zell am See to Kaprun area. It includes many advantages: free use of cable cars and access to public beaches and swimming pools.
